Hey there! I’m Soren Laulainen, an adventurous brewer residing in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington, where each of my brews strives to reflect the spirit and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
I discovered the joy of homebrewing in 2013, but kicked into “beast mode” in 2022 — now I brew at least once a month!
I love creating unique beers I can’t find in stores or local breweries, like golden ale with Sichuan peppercorn, or rye ale with Amarena cherries. Currently, I’m interested in historical farmhouse styles like Finnish sahti and Lithuanian keptinis.
